תקציר: מודול From EAP to EPIC נועד להכשיר מורי אנגלית במסגרת EPIC להוראה בהתאם לרפורמת האנגלית של המועצה להשכלה גבוהה (2020) ולמסגרת ה-CEFR. המודול כולל תשע יחידות בשלושה חלקים: הראשון מציג את עקרונות ה-CEFR Companion Volume, השני מתמקד בארבעת אופני התקשורת ומשלב התאמת חומרי ההוראה של המשתתפים, והשלישי מאחד את הלמידה ומספק משאבים וכלים לפיתוח יחידות הוראה עתידיות. הלמידה מתבצעת באופן שיתופי, בזוגות או בקבוצות קטנות, בתוך מוסד אקדמי או בין מוסדות.
From EAP to EPIC is a professional development module that prepares English language instructors to teach within the CEFR-aligned EPIC framework introduced by Israel’s 2020 Higher Education English Reform. The nine-unit module is organized into three parts: an introduction to the CEFR Companion Volume, an in-depth exploration of the four modes of communication with application to participants’ own teaching materials, and a final unit that integrates the learning and provides practical resources for future course design. The module is designed for collaborative learning in pairs or small groups.
